I would get a second opinion; I have seen kids with aspergers syndrome , autism, etc and I dont really see any significant signs from him.

I think a lot of kids do this that do not have a disorder.
I used to do this when I was a kid!! A LOT!!!
What would it mean to a 40 year now with past characteristics like that?
Your son acts a lot like mine...I would lean more toward SPD.
That looks just like something that my son used to do when he was younger and "all about" cars. My son has been diagnosed with Aspergers.

- Our 3 and a half year old son has Developmental Delays,Sensory Processing Disorder, Speech/Language Disorder, Gross Motor Delays low muscle tone....so it affects our family every day.....

- I Am a stay at home mama to 4 wonderful kids I would not trade the time i get to spend with them for anything.The kids are growing up so fast it is unreal my oldest is in second grade, then my little girl started kindergarten this year and my babies are 4 and 3 time goes so fast.
