Profile Information

How do sensory disorders affect your life?
Our son, Christopher, is 10 years old and has Asperger's Syndrome and sensory integration and regulation difficulties. His diagnoses were made about a year ago. He is very sensitive to bright lighting, textures, tags in clothing, smells and food textures. OT is helping, but we have a long road ahead!
About Me:
I am a wife and mom of five children, ages 12, 10, 8, 6 and 4. My hobbies, when I have time for hobbies, are bargain hunting, reading and Facebook. I love watching my kids play sports, volunteering in the classrooms and visiting with friends.
