Just wanted to add, our OT told us not to worry about her getting naked when going. If she has to go when we're out, it can be a problem. I just try to make sure her clothes don't land on the floor. Yuck.
My dd, who is also 8, has severe tactile defensiveness. She does the EXACT same thing. It's just oo much sensory input for her when she's got to go. I'll try to think of an idea about the toilet locking.
